Located on a 10-acre site at 1 Webb Avenue, the five-story apartment offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences and resort-style amenities to working professionals and growing families in the Purchase neighborhood. One Webb Ave provides convenient access to major highways including I-287, I-95 and the Hutchinson Parkway, with connectivity to White Plains and Westchester’s “Platinum Mile.”

Residents will also have access to a shuttle service to the Rye Metro-North station, providing convenient access throughout the region and into New York City. The community is also located near local shopping, dining and recreational destinations.
