Reliability Won expands existing oil condition monitoring and training / consulting capabilities with on-site predictive maintenance services, advanced diagnostic, and remote monitoring capabilities

Reliability Won, a Battery Ventures backed condition monitoring platform, announced the acquisition of IVC Technologies, a nationwide provider of on-site and wireless predictive maintenance services.

The acquisition expands Reliability Won’s capabilities into on-site and wireless condition monitoring services and strengthens its ability to help customers identify equipment issues, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve asset performance. IVC joins Reliability Won’s existing subsidiaries – Mobius Institute, Noria Corporation, and Fluid Life – creating a full-suite reliability offering spanning training & certification, reliability program development & consulting, oil analysis laboratory services, and in-plant condition monitoring services.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio, IVC provides vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, dynamic balancing, alignment, and other condition monitoring services to customers across the United States. IVC’s team of 50+ certified analysts supports customers across asset intensive industries, including chemicals, metals, pulp & paper, food & beverage, manufacturing, power and utilities, pharmaceuticals, and construction. Through on-site monitoring, remote analysis, and specialized testing, IVC helps customers diagnose developing equipment problems and plan maintenance before failures disrupt operations.

“For more than 40 years, IVC has focused on providing customers the technical expertise and dependable service required to keep critical equipment operating safely and efficiently,” said Vlad Miladinovic, CEO of IVC Technologies. “Joining Reliability Won will allow us to build on that foundation, invest in our people and capabilities, and offer customers a broader range of reliability services, including routine oil analysis services through Fluid Life’s network of laboratories and training & certification through Mobius and Noria. We are excited to partner with a group that shares our commitment to technical excellence and long-term customer relationships.”

IVC will continue to operate under its established brand and maintain its existing customer relationships. Miladinovic will continue to lead the business, supported by IVC’s existing management team and employees. The company will leverage Reliability Won’s commercial resources, customer network and complementary technical capabilities to drive continued growth and expansion.

“We are thrilled to welcome IVC Technologies to the Reliability Won family,” said Marcus Pillion, CEO of Reliability Won. “IVC has built an outstanding reputation for technical expertise, responsive service, and the ability to solve complex equipment reliability challenges. Its in-plant vibration analysis, advanced diagnostics and remote monitoring capabilities are highly complementary to our current Reliability Won platform of certified employee training and reliability program design, offered by our Mobius and Noria brands, and ongoing equipment monitoring and diagnostic services offered by our Fluid Life brand.”

“By bringing these businesses together, Reliability Won can better support customers with a more comprehensive set of services,” Pillion added. “IVC represents an important step in our strategy to improve asset reliability throughout its lifecycle and prevent downtime for our customers.”

The acquisition of IVC is the latest milestone in Reliability Won’s strategy to build a global family of asset reliability & condition monitoring companies. Reliability Won plans to continue investing in the organic growth and development of its existing businesses while pursuing additional acquisitions to strengthen its training & certification, consulting, and condition monitoring services offerings.
