Program enables eligible customers to unlock value tied up in their existing fleet, providing working capital to support business growth and strategic priorities

Super Ego Holding (“Super Ego”), an equipment leasing company serving over 1,200 licensed carrier companies across the United States, today announced the launch of its fleet sale-leaseback financing program, a new financing option designed to help trucking companies and fleet operators that already own eligible trucks and trailers to unlock value from existing equipment.

Under the program, fleet owners can sell eligible equipment to Super Ego and lease it back under mutually agreed-upon terms. This allows them to continue operating the vehicles, generating revenue while accessing capital tied up in the equipment. At the end of the lease, owners may have the option to repurchase or return the vehicles or extend the lease.

As operating costs continue to rise across the trucking industry, the sale-leaseback program extends key financial benefits to fleet operators, including:

  • Greater access to capital: Fleets can convert equity in eligible vehicles into capital that can be deployed toward operating needs, growth investments, and other strategic business priorities.
  • Predictable payments: Fixed monthly payments spread across lease terms of 24-to-60-months can help fleet owners forecast operating expenses, manage cash flow, and plan for the future with greater certainty.
  • Preserved borrowing capacity: A sale-leaseback may allow fleets to access capital they already own without drawing on existing bank credit, preserving those facilities for future acquisitions, investments, unexpected expenses, or other business needs.
  • Reduced exposure to vehicle depreciation: Fleets can realize the value of eligible vehicles today and reduce their exposure to future fluctuations in used-truck prices.

"At a time when rising costs across the trucking industry – fuel, insurance, maintenance, equipment financing, and more – are reaching record highs, carriers need more options for putting their existing assets to work," said Aleksandar Mimic, CEO of Super Ego. "Our fleet sale-leaseback program gives carrier customers a straightforward way to access capital they've already built into their equipment, on terms they can plan around."

The fleet sale-leaseback program reflects Super Ego’s continued commitment to equipping its customers and leasing clients with flexible equipment financing solutions that support their operational and financial needs and best position them to thrive in today’s competitive transportation landscape.
