Burks brings finance and operations leadership experience to Nelson-Rudie, most recently as senior business operations manager at Comcast.

“Jonathan’s financial expertise and leadership will be instrumental as Nelson-Rudie enters this next chapter,” said Matthew Elhadad, president and CEO. “His ability to align strategy with operational execution will help the company deliver greater value to our teams and clients.”

As director of finance, Burks will lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting while supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization. He will work closely with leadership and project teams to strengthen financial visibility and support Nelson‑Rudie’s continued growth.

In his new role, he will guide firmwide mechanical practice, support mentorship and technical training, and help ensure consistent delivery across project teams.

“Micheal’s promotion reinforces our standards of quality for both our teams and our clients,” Elhadad said. “His leadership will help ensure consistency, accountability, and technical excellence across the firm.”

Together, these leadership updates reflect Nelson-Rudie’s continued investment in its people, its clients, and its future - strengthening the systems, standards, and strategies that support sustainable growth.
