In this role, Rick will oversee the company’s technology strategy, drive product innovation and lead engineering teams as the organization expands its digital capabilities.

Rick brings 30 years of experience in leveraging technology to accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and enable digital transformation, most recently serving as CIO at Paycor and CNG Holdings, where he helped guide both companies through a period of significant growth and led enterprise-wide modernization initiatives spanning cybersecurity, AI, cloud adoption, software engineering, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. Rick’s expertise and experience will support Attain’s continued transformation while supporting its goals of scalable growth and sophistication.
