CUMMING, Ga. - Aidan's Home Services, today announced the launch of three new service lines: gutters and downspouts, windows and doors, and siding and fascia.

Founder Aidan Borden started the company in 2018 with exterior cleaning in Cumming. Over more than 1,500 jobs across Forsyth County and northeast metro Atlanta, he watched the same pattern repeat across the industry.

"Before, the best we could do was point it out and send the homeowner somewhere else. Now our team can fix whatever the house actually needs."
Under the new commitment, every visit starts with a Home Health Assessment covering the roof, gutters, fascia, siding, and concrete. If the homeowner called about the roof, the roof comes first, and the rest of the exterior still gets a look.
Homeowners receive photos and a plain-language breakdown of what needs attention now, what can wait, and what is fine, followed by a written estimate by text or phone.
The company's sales team earns bonuses for matching the right solution to the need rather than for the size of the invoice. When a home needs something outside the company's services, the team refers the homeowner to a vetted local partner.
"We want your business. We don't hide that," Borden said.
"But we aren't going anywhere, and when the day comes that you do need us, we intend to be the company you already trust."
