MIAMI, Aug. 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, announced today that it has added four accomplished maritime attorneys, Garrett Keane, Eric Rice, Griffin Sher and Brandon Volk, who have joined the firm's growing maritime practice in South Florida.

"We are investing in top talent to expand our practice, adding lawyers with significant maritime experience and dedication to helping the injured," said William Lewis, Morgan & Morgan's South Florida Managing Partner. "These attorneys will strengthen our ability to fight for people injured on cruise lines and other maritime settings and ensure they receive the justice they deserve."

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Garrett Keane was a partner at Mase Seitz Briggs. There, Keane represented clients in complex maritime and personal injury litigation involving cruise ship accidents, boating incidents, and other maritime claims. Keane brings extensive courtroom experience to the firm's rapidly growing national maritime practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Rice also joins Morgan & Morgan from Mase Seitz Briggs, where he represented major cruise lines and other Fortune 500 companies. Rice's experience includes boating and yacht accidents, jet ski and watercraft accidents, assault cases, and maritime worker claims. Rice now applies his defense-side experience to advocate for injured clients. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and recipient of the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship for excellence in trial advocacy.

Griffin Sher and Brandon Volk join the firm after co-founding Sher & Volk, P.A., where they represented clients in maritime and personal injury matters.

Prior to that, Sher practiced at another maritime law firm focused on advocating for injured individuals. A cum laude graduate of Tulane University Law School with a Certificate of Specialization in Maritime Law, Sher focuses his practice on representing cruise ship passengers, crewmembers, and others injured in maritime and personal injury accidents.

Volk honed his craft practicing at distinguished maritime defense firms in Louisiana and Florida, representing shipping vessels, marine insurers, private yacht owners, tugboat companies, cargo interests, and major cruise lines. Volk attended Tulane University Law School, where he earned a Certificate of Specialization in Maritime Law. At Morgan & Morgan, he will represent individuals in boating accidents, Jones Act claims, maritime wrongful death cases, and cruise ship injury litigation.

Garrett Keane, Griffin Sher, Brandon Volk, and Eric Rice all joined Morgan & Morgan in the past 6 weeks and are based in the Firm's Miami office.
