Engaged Headhunters can serve multiple industries, including Healthcare, Engineering, IT & Tech, Aviation, etc. The agency strongly believes that progress depends on cohesive partnerships, including the bond between a business and its employees. When this bond is in perfect sync, the team can work together to push their industry forward or implement projects that might otherwise never see the light of day. Engaged Headhunters make it a point to connect talent with compatible workplaces (and vice versa). This has the bonus effect of contributing to mutual satisfaction and productivity across the board.
The team at Engaged Headhunters is composed of individuals with a wealth of experience locating the right talent for any given situation. Despite the fact that the company is a relatively new arrival, the launch of their services is bolstered by the fact that Engaged Headhunters is staffed by veteran recruiters who know how to identify what their clients are looking for — and then begin their search in the most promising places. Notably, the team is provided access to an array of industry-leading tools and resources, so clients can expect their current efficiency to match (and exceed) other top recruiters. Engaged Headhunters spare no expense, and they trust their team to deliver. Given the expansive network of contacts, clients typically have no problem finding talent once they alert the team to their requirements.
The company explains that candidates are considered based on the client’s needs and circumstances. In addition to meeting the professional and academic qualifications required for a post, candidates must show that they would fit well with the client’s existing corporate culture and goals. Engaged Headhunters consider an exhaustive array of factors before bringing any candidate to a client’s attention, even their geographical location, history of professional conduct, and more. According to the recruiter, there are two types of searches an organization can run when looking for a suitable candidate. The first is a Retained Search, wherein they contract with one recruitment firm to fill a specific position. While this means the search firm can ultimately be held responsible for failing to locate a candidate (which gives them a clear incentive to be successful), it also means that the firm has to receive an initial payment upfront. Further, this firm will also represent the client organization’s brand in some aspects as they primarily handle recruitment on the organization’s behalf. Further, they will likely be privy to a great deal of sensitive information the client provides, making them responsible for ensuring this data remains secure.
Conversely, a client may elect to run a Contingent Search, contacting several recruitment agencies to help them find employees for different job roles. Startups, for instance, may prefer this since they will not have to pay any of the agencies until the position is filled, and only the agency that successfully locates the right candidate has to be paid. A wide net can be cast this way, which is useful when numerous roles have to be filled quickly. Unfortunately, the drawback of dealing with multiple recruitment agencies is that the client will have to dedicate time and attention to each, and details about each posting will have to laboriously be distributed to each agency individually. Further, since no agency is paid upfront, none must succeed. In turn, they cannot be held responsible if they fail to locate a suitable candidate.
Notably, Engaged Headhunters offers a hybrid model, initially resembling a Retained Search by taking an ‘engagement fee’ upfront (that is only a fraction of the full placement fee). The agency, however, will continue to search for the right candidate based on a contingency search process, and they will only get paid the remainder of the placement fee if they are successful.
