- Environmental Control: Covers tree trimming (up to 25 square feet) to prevent roof damage, as well as the removal of bird and wasp nests.
Transparency is a core component of the program. For every scheduled visit, property owners receive before-and-after photo documentation of all completed work. Additionally, the program includes a yearly SAVE Assessment and a video overview of the property's condition, all accessible through the owner portal.
