On the morning of June 24th, SAYYAS joined hands with LiSEC Austria to build a smart factory with a value of 100 million+ officially signed.

This cooperation is of great significance to the deep processing of glass, which also reflects the fact that SAYYAS always focuses on the R&D of energy-saving windows and doors, and provides more energy-saving and higher-quality window products for the society by continuously improving the technical standards and equipment advantages, and brings more functional and green windows to the consumers.

Several "most" and "first" in this project fully express SAYYAS’s high requirements on products:

- The glass sorting system that could sort the largest and thickest glass in China, with maximum size of 6000mm*3000mm and maximum thickness of 25mm;

- The first glass sorting system that could sort shaped glass in China;

- The first domestic straight line equipped with an X/Y/Z fully automatic straight edge unmanned cutting system;

- The first domestic vertical rapid chamfering, rough grinding, and flat bottom grinding equipment integrated device KSD.

LiSEC is a world-class equipment manufacturer, leading the development direction of the deep processing of glass, providing personalized innovation and complete system solutions. Lisec China CEO Chi Qiao defined the project as follows: "From the overall design, this time it is not LiSEC designing for SAYYAS, but SAYYAS and LiSEC co-creating this design."
