Education and Licensure
Dr. Chang earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from Palmer West College of Chiropractic in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, San Diego in 1996.
He is a Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in the State of California, with continuous clinical practice experience since 2007.
