Whittier, CA - Prime Medical Evaluators (PME) is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Manuel Urteaga, D.C., CCSP, QME, CME, MS, RCEP-ACSM, CSCS, an accomplished sports medicine specialist, educator, and chiropractic physician, to its distinguished network of Qualified Medical Evaluators (QMEs). With advanced training in kinesiology, exercise physiology, and injury biomechanics, Dr. Urteaga brings exceptional expertise in musculoskeletal medicine, sports-related injuries, and personal injury evaluation to PME’s expanding panel of medical-legal professionals.
Education and Licensure
Dr. Urteaga holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Medicine/Injury Studies from California State University, Long Beach (2014). He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences (2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from California State University, Fullerton (2004).
He maintains active certification as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) and a Certified Medical Examiner (CME), further strengthening his qualifications within California’s workers’ compensation and medical-legal systems.
