AccuRisk Holdings LLC (“AccuRisk”), a Chicago based, medical stop loss managing general underwriter (MGU) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN), a leading international specialty insurance firm.
