Federman & Sherwood investigates Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine ("NESSM'') for data breach. On October 23, 2024, NESSM filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. NESSM experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between late December 2023 through early January 2024. NESSM immediately launched an investigation into the incident.
