By understanding what an employee is eligible for and what they’re viewing on-screen, the assistant engages in natural, guided conversations that help them complete benefits-related tasks and make informed decisions around their annual enrollment selections. • Continuous, seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile, where an employee can easily continue their benefits selections from one device to another.

Alight’s analysis of over 10 million individuals during 2024 annual enrollment found nearly 96% of users enrolled in benefits through digital channels alongside a 69% increase in mobile app usage compared to 2023. Alight’s solution is being piloted with a limited number of clients during the 2025 annual enrollment season alongside its traditional benefits enrollment offerings and is planned for general release in 2026.
