David Bissinger, John Strasburger selected to Legal 500’s first US Elite Houston guide

Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger LLP (BOWS) name partners David Bissinger and John Strasburger have been named to the inaugural Legal 500 US Elite Houston edition.

Mr. Bissinger and Mr. Strasburger were recognized for their excellence in energy dispute litigation. Among the most respected publishers of legal guides worldwide, the 2026 US Elite listing is Legal 500’s first Texas legal market summary spotlighting small to midsize law firms.
