Lagemann as Director of Consulting Services and Steve Miller as Director of University Partnerships. Charles A. Lagemann has been appointed Director of Consulting Services. He joins with over 25 years of experience in learning and leadership development, most notably from his tenure at Accenture. As a consultant and executive coach, Charles has a strong record of helping organizations and individuals drive transformation, unlock leadership potential, and create meaningful growth.

He excels at identifying organizational needs and developing tailored programs that drive measurable performance improvement. A pioneer in learning technology, he has designed and delivered multi-million-dollar, game-changing learning programs reaching more than 50,000 participants worldwide. These programs transcended geographical and cultural boundaries, resonating with diverse global audiences and yielding tangible business results including higher employee engagement, improved retention, and increased levels of new business. His innovative work has earned multiple Brandon Hall awards, recognizing his leadership in setting new industry benchmarks.

Steve Miller has been appointed Director of University Partnerships. He is known for his ability to translate client goals into high-impact leadership and coaching solutions. Steve joins from Wharton Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a senior business development manager, designing programs to equip senior executives with the leadership and analytical skills to drive transformation and growth.

An expert in international business marketing, Steve brings three decades of strategic marketing experience gained across leading global technology organizations including Apple, Nokia, and Oracle. He has also helped to launch and grow several startup organizations.

Steve has a BA in political economics from the University of California, Berkeley, a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from New York University, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
