DocuSketch, the leading provider of technology that helps carriers and restoration businesses accurately and efficiently streamline the claims process, today announces DocuSketch 360AI—a new platform capability that turns field capture into a floor plan, scope of work, and estimate while a technician is still on site.
DocuSketch has set the standard for loss documentation with immersive 360° capture. Now, it is moving to tackle workflow automation, providing its customers with defensible, carrier-compliant outputs to get claims settled faster and contractors paid sooner.
“It’s due time for the restoration industry to get a technology upgrade – one that will support restoration professionals, carriers, and homeowners in making the claims process faster and easier,” said Ralf von Grafenstein, Founder & CEO of DocuSketch. “With 360AI, we’re connecting the full restoration workflow, from capture to estimate, with an audit trail of defensible documentation that allows contractors and carriers to move faster with information they can trust.”
New Capabilities with DocuSketch 360AI
360AI delivers a mitigation workflow experience including:
- 360° capture to instant floor plans — mitigation-caliber plans generated from 360° imagery, eliminating the need for separate sketching tools
- Speech-to-scope documentation — voice-driven field notes converted into structured scope items with bilingual support and industry terminology recognition
- Estimates generated on site — AI-powered scope-to-estimate mapping with confidence indicators, delivered before the technician leaves the job
- ESX export for carrier workflows — Xactimate-compatible estimates with a complete documentation pack ready for submission
- Evidence linked throughout — an audit trail connecting every estimate line item back through scope to original field data, supporting carrier audits and reducing disputes
Additionally, a new multi-year agreement with Verisk creates the framework for deeper technical integration, enabling more seamless data exchange between the two platforms and unlocking new workflow automation capabilities that were not previously possible.
“Looking at the real-world needs of our customers, it became clear that speed to estimate is a clear pain point, but that in order to get there we need a workflow powered by AI to connect every step with transparency and efficiency,” said Andrew Wirick, VP of Product at DocuSketch. “This first-to-market technology will allow our customers to move faster and operate with more confidence.”
