MeridianLink Accelerates Growth and AI Innovation with Appointment of Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Transformation Officer

Industry veterans John Wiseman and Adam Gray join MeridianLink as the Company invests in accelerating innovation, increasing agility, and strengthening customer service.

MeridianLink, Inc., a leading provider of modern software platforms for financial institutions and consumer reporting agencies, today announced the appointment of John Wiseman as Chief Revenue Officer and Adam Gray as Chief Transformation Officer.

As part of this transition, Richard Scheig will transition to serve as a Strategic Advisor, effective immediately. Scheig has served as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer since 2022.

Wiseman joins MeridianLink with more than three decades of leadership experience across financial technology, data, and analytics. He has served as CRO at Addepar, Real Capital Analytics (RCA) and FactSet where he drove sustained revenue growth and led the adoption of innovative platform solutions and services. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions focusing on go-to-market teams, strategic alliances, and growth initiatives.

MeridianLink also announced the appointment of Adam Gray to a new executive leadership role, Chief Transformation Officer. In this role, Gray will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on delivering investments in innovation, growth, M&A, and AI-driven transformation.

Gray brings more than two decades of experience leading transformation initiatives for fintech and SaaS companies. Most recently, Gray helped drive a company-wide transformation at Stax Payments. Prior to his tenure at Stax, Gray led Corporate Development and transformation initiatives at Abrigo. He brings extensive experience in acquisition integration, AI adoption, customer experience modernization, and enterprise-scale change management.
