Zig.ai today announced that its revenue execution platform is now callable directly from Claude and ChatGPT, giving sellers a new way to get sales work done.

A user can tell their AI assistant to find target accounts, identify and enrich the right buyers, build an outreach campaign, prep an upcoming meeting or draft and queue a follow-up. Zig.ai provides the customer context and execution layer behind the conversation, turning a plain-English request into action.

Unlike many connections between AI assistants and sales software that retrieve or summarize information, Zig.ai is built to execute the work. A seller can ask, “Build me a list of IT services companies in the Southeast, find the VP of Sales at each and start the sequence Monday,” and put the workflow in motion from the same conversation.

“Most AI announcements in sales amount to a better search box. You ask your CRM a question and it answers. We did the other thing,” said Steve Ancheta, founder and CEO of Zig.ai. “You ask Claude to build the list, find the buyers, write the outreach and start it Monday, and it’s started Monday. Before this integration, the assistant knows everything about the world and nothing about your customers. Zig knows your customers; putting those together is the whole idea.”

Salespeople traditionally move between CRMs, prospecting tools, sequencers, dialers, meeting software and research platforms to execute a single sales motion. Zig.ai brings those actions into the AI assistant sellers already use.

Through Zig.ai, Claude and ChatGPT can execute workflows across lead search and enrichment, list building, outreach, email, calling, meeting preparation, research, pipeline management and automations all informed by the organization’s existing customer context.

The capability builds on Zig.ai’s broader vision for revenue technology: the CRM remains the system of record, while Zig.ai becomes the system of action. As AI makes it easier to execute more of the revenue motion, Zig.ai is betting that the future of sales will be won through relationships instead of volume. By combining AI execution with the depth of customer context behind every interaction, Zig.ai allows sellers to spend less time operating software and more time building the relationships that move deals forward.

Zig.ai will showcase the capability live at Closers Only Club in Brooklyn on September 27, headlined by Austin Millz and Funk Flex. The exclusive event will also feature a panel of AI experts to talk about how AI is shaping the future of revenue teams. The launch follows Zig.ai’s recent unveiling of Enterprise Forward Deployment and marks the company’s next step toward making sophisticated AI-powered revenue execution accessible not only to enterprise teams, but directly to individual sellers.
