In his new role, he will lead the Bank's lending organizations, including small business lending; owner-occupied and investor commercial real estate; commercial & industrial lending; construction lending; single tenant lease financing; franchise finance and consumer lending. He will oversee lending strategy and portfolio growth while expanding the specialized solutions that help businesses and consumers achieve their financial goals nationwide.

Mr. Campbell joined First Internet Bank in March 2017 as Vice President, CRE Portfolio Manager. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, CRE Relationship Manager and First Vice President, Credit Administration. He was promoted to First Vice President, Commercial Real Estate in 2021 and later became First Vice President, Senior Credit Officer.

During his tenure, he has helped drive the growth and performance of the Bank's commercial real estate portfolio, particularly in construction and development lending. As Senior Credit Officer, he led credit administration and risk management efforts while partnering with lending teams on credit strategy and underwriting. His leadership also supported the continued quality of the Bank's loan portfolio.

He brings more than two decades of lending and banking experience to his new role. Before joining First Internet Bank, he held positions with FORUM Credit Union and Monroe Bank. He earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Ball State University.
