Megan Shore is the founder and trial attorney at Shore Law, where she focuses her practice on helping individuals and families in cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, birth injury, sexual assault, and other serious matters. She is passionate about seeking justice by uncovering key details in complex cases and fighting on behalf of those harmed in healthcare and institutional settings.

A central part of her practice involves the analysis of electronic medical records and healthcare system data. Megan Shore works with audit trails and metadata to review when medical records are viewed by healthcare providers, when they are modified or deleted, when alerts are triggered, and how care-related events are documented within digital systems. This includes reviewing imaging access (such as CT scans), system alerts, and care-related communications like emails and text messaging. Megan Shore also forensically examines this data to uncover false and fraudulent charting in medical records.

Her work extends beyond individual cases and into education and consulting. Megan Shore presents at law schools and continuing education programs for attorneys, nurses, and physicians on topics including nursing home abuse and neglect, systemic failures in healthcare facilities, electronic medical records, audit trails, discovery, cross-examination, trial preparation, and issues related to healthcare documentation. She has also published articles on these subjects and has served as a qualified testifying expert on matters involving nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
