The St. Petersburg practice expands care with two new services focused on better movement and root-cause nutrition, helping patients heal, recover, and perform at their best.

St. Petersburg, FL (PRUnderground) July 17th, 2026

Feeling stiff, sluggish, or stuck with aches that keep coming back? Coastal Chiropractic in St. Petersburg has two new answers. The practice has added Functional Movement and Nutritional Therapy to its services, giving patients more ways to move better, feel better, and build a stronger foundation for lifelong health.

Functional Movement is a personalized approach that focuses on improving the way your body moves in sports, performance activities, and everyday life. Rather than simply treating symptoms, the team identifies movement restrictions, muscle imbalances, and compensation patterns that can contribute to pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries. Through corrective exercise, mobility work, stability training, and hands-on care, patients are guided toward more efficient, balanced movement that supports long-term function and recovery.

Nutritional Therapy takes health from the inside out. Instead of quick fixes or restrictive diets, patients receive a personalized plan built around five key pillars of health: nutrient density, digestion, sleep, stress management, and blood sugar regulation. By evaluating each of these foundations, the team develops an individualized plan tailored to a patient’s goals, lifestyle, and health history — whether the aim is more energy, less inflammation, better digestion, or simply feeling their best.

“We believe health is about so much more than just your spine,” said a spokesperson for Coastal Chiroopractic. “These two services let us meet patients exactly where they are and address the root causes of their symptoms, not just provide temporary relief. We don’t just want you to feel better for today — we want to help you build a healthier future.”

Both services are available now. To learn more or schedule a consultation, contact Coastal Chiropractic in St. Petersburg, FL, and ask about Functional Movement or Nutritional Therapy.

About Coastal Chiropractic

Dr. Paige is a family chiropractor serving the St. Petersburg, FL community. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Indianapolis, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration. She was part of the Division 2 Women’s Tennis Program where she helped take them to the Sweet 16 each year playing both Singles and Doubles.

Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Paige discovered her passion for chiropractic care while playing collegiate tennis, as it helped her recover from disc injuries and completely resolved her migraines with the whole-body approach to medicine after being failed by the medical model.

Dr. Paige earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in St. Louis, MO with her doctorate rotations in Louisville, KY, and Clearwater, FL. After graduation, she moved to Louisville, KY, and practiced in a big family chiropractic office for 2 years where she found the love of diversity in treating each family member. In Louisville, Dr. Paige also had her full practice of Acupuncture and Dry Needling treating the myofascial component.

It was always her end goal to settle down in Pinellas County, so she moved to St. Petersburg in 2023 while working in Bradenton, FL specializing in prenatal and pediatric care as well as general population. In 2023 and 2024 her office was awarded and voted ‘Bradenton’s Best Chiropractor’ before starting her own practice in St. Petersburg. It has led her to want to encompass a type of care that is direct to each patient’s needs, and she treats them as if they were her own family.

Her postdoctoral training includes the Webster Technique, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and Active Release Technique (a myofascial stretching technique designed to release trigger points). She is dedicated to identifying the root cause of pain and promoting holistic healing to ensure optimal body function.

In Dr. Paige’s free time, she is cooking, baking, or training for some kind of race. She is active and takes full advantage of the Florida sunshine whether it’s at the beach, pool, or a long run. She loves taking weekend getaways to spend quality time with loved ones and getting rooted in what matters the most to her- Faith! You will hear her reference scripture quite a bit in her office, as God made the body to heal itself. She takes some mornings off to volunteer in the community and starts each day with the word of God.
