Ottawa, ON - TheNewswire - June 1, 2023 - The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) partnered with Contextere to deploy Madison, an insight engine and industrial chatbot for maintenance, repair, and operations, to technicians of 402 Squadron in Winnipeg maintaining the CT-142 Dash-8 aircraft.

Madison provided real-time insights and guidance to technicians in the hangar and on the flightline and enabled technicians to find information more quickly. Technicians using Madison were able to troubleshoot issues significantly faster and junior technicians performed at higher competency levels versus control groups who did not have access to Madison.
