(OTC Pink Limited: NASC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority  has completed the processing of the change of the Company’s name for trading purposes from Can B Corp. to  Nascent Pharma Holdings, Inc. and the change of its trading symbol from “CANB” to “NASC.”  These corporate actions become effective on September 16, 2025.

Effective today, the Company’s common stock will trade under the symbol “NASC” and the new CUSIP number for its common stock is 63108T105.

The name and symbol change follow the holding company reorganization completed in October 2024 pursuant to which Nascent Pharma Holdings, Inc. became the parent of Can B Corp.
