DESCRIPTION:

CNH Industrial Thailand mobilized its employees and collected donations to support the Thammarak Foundation, which is focused on providing care for HIV positive patients in Thailand.

The Thammarak Foundation, based at the Wat Phra Phat Namphu Temple in central Bangkok, opened its doors in 1992, and has been in continuous operation ever since. The Foundation adopts a two-pronged approach, taking care of HIV positive patients at its facility, who come from all over the country, as well as assisting in the adoption of children who have lost their parents to the disease. The Temple treats some 2,000 people each month, with funding coming from both the Thai government and charitable donations.

CNH Industrial employees organized an offering ceremony and hosted the abbot of the Wat Phra Phat Namphu Temple and chairman of the Thammarak Foundation, Luong Por Alongkot, at the Company’s facility in Bangkok, Thailand. The donations included food and other essential items, medical supplies and paper towels alongside a financial donation to the Thammarak Foundation.
