The Global Healthy Living Foundation (GHLF) today announced a success milestone for its Spanish-Language Lupus Resource Center, a sister program to its widely used English-language Lupus Help Center. The platform is designed to provide culturally relevant education, trusted information, and access to clinical trial resources for Spanish-speaking communities in the United States.
The website reinforces GHLF’s commitment to reducing language barriers and ensuring every person living with lupus has access to clear, empowering, culturally aligned health information.
“For many patients, language remains one of the biggest obstacles to understanding treatment options and accessing clinical trials,” said Seth Ginsberg, President and Co-Founder of GHLF. “This Spanish-language center represents an essential step toward true Lupus health equity."
A Comprehensive Approach for Patients with Lupus
The Spanish-Language Lupus Resource Center provides clear information on clinical trials, real patient stories, expert perspectives, guidance on safety and eligibility, and direct access to active research opportunities.
Since launch, the resource ecosystem has generated thousands of visits from Spanish-speaking audiences seeking reliable information about lupus and clinical trials. A standout component of the site is the video “Clinical Trials: Hope, Diversity, and Empowerment in Health,” which has already surpassed 119,000 views—demonstrating the high demand for culturally sensitive clinical trial education.
This multimedia approach ensures that individuals can engage with information in the formats they prefer, empowering them from education through action.
The Spanish-Language Lupus Resource Center is part of GHLF’s broader strategy to expand multilingual resources and improve access to research for historically underserved populations.
