Thibodeau brings nearly two decades of experience in SaaS operations, product development, and organizational scaling. She has worked with more than 300 B2B SaaS companies, helping founders and leadership teams scale from early-stage growth to over $30 million in annual recurring revenue. Most recently, she served as Head of Training Products at SaaS Academy, where she led the development of AI-powered and automation-driven product experiences. Prior to that, she led organizational and product scaling initiatives across a multi-million-dollar SaaS ecosystem at Chrysalis.
