VANCOUVER, British Columbia – TheNewswire - March 25, 2025 – Michael Kott announces that his security holding percentage in the common shares (each, a “Share”) of Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. (the “Company”), following the acquisition of 1.800.000 Shares of the Company in the open market between March 17th to 20th (the “Transaction”) is approximately 11.02% on a partially diluted basis.

Immediately prior to the completion of the Transaction, Mr. Kott owned and controlled 7.171.999 Shares, representing approximately 8,81% of the then-outstanding Shares on a partially diluted basis.       

Pursuant to the Transaction, Mr. Kott acquired control and ownership over an additional 1.800.000 Shares, resulting in control and ownership over a total of 8.971.999  Shares.

Mr. Kott acquired the Shares for investment purposes. Mr. Kott may, depending on various factors, including, without limitation, market and other conditions, increase or decrease his beneficial ownership, control or direction over Shares or other securities of the Company.
