Despite having just opened this spring, Post 1917’s seafood dishes have already captivated the taste buds of diners. “I pulled from my over 20 years of experience in the New England restaurant business to create a seafood menu that is flavorful, inspiring, and memorable,” explained Carron. “Given the special place seafood holds in the history of the area, I think I’ve designed some dishes that honor that legacy.”

Some of the restaurant’s marquee dishes are its Cucumber-Wrapped Salmon with Organic Japanese Sweet Potato Puree and Saffron Butter and its Bourbon Glazed Cod Filets with Pea Salad. Those preferring mollusks and shellfish can also get the Cioppino, a stew of clams, mussels, scallops, and shrimp in a spicy tomato broth.

Post 1917's shareable dishes are just as appetizing as its mains. From its Crudo Yellowtail Tuna with Brûlée Grapefruit and Radish Sprouts to its Lobster Tacos with Celery Seed Mayo, it has something for everyone to enjoy. Also popular is the Seafood Tower, which is a medley of crab, shrimp, lobster, and oysters served with signature sauces.

“Post 1917’s seafood menu has everything a seafood lover could want and some,” said a satisfied diner. “I recently had the Pan Seared Scallops, and I have to say, the combination of scallops, charred tomatoes, and coffee just shocked me in the best way possible. The flavors were so unique but also incredibly complimentary. I can’t wait to try something else.”
