The expanded Churchville location features more than 200 new and used RVs, 16 dedicated service bays, a 12,000-square-foot indoor showroom, over 2,000 square feet of parts and accessories inventory, and six campground-style hookups. These additions enable thorough inspection, reconditioning, and preparation of a wide range of pre-owned models, including travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, Class A motorhomes, Class C motorhomes, destination trailers, and folding pop-up campers. The indoor showroom allows year-round access protected from weather, while the service bays and hookups facilitate realistic testing of systems before vehicles reach buyers.

Service operations cover routine and specialized maintenance on used recreational vehicles. Certified technicians handle seasonal winterization and de-winterization, annual safety inspections, 45-point checks, and repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliance, roof, air conditioning, furnace, generator, and wheel bearing systems. Same-day service remains available for urgent needs when parts are in stock, with priority given to safety-related items. A complimentary courtesy inspection assesses tires, batteries, awnings, and other essential components on pre-owned units.

The parts department maintains an inventory of common replacement components and accessories, which helps minimize downtime for owners. This setup supports the full ownership cycle at one site, from selection of a pre-owned model to ongoing maintenance.

As the 2026 camping season begins, the Churchville service team focuses on system checks, preventative maintenance, and repairs to prepare used RVs. Founded in 1936 as C Wilkins Used Cars in Hornell, New York, the business entered the recreational vehicle market in the 1950s. Ron Wilkins led the transition in the early 1960s, renaming the operation Wilkins RV and adding brands such as Coachmen, Shasta, and Mallard. Brian Wilkins assumed ownership in 2004. The 2011 opening of the Churchville site marked the first major expansion beyond the original Bath location, followed by the facility's growth to its current scale.
