DESCRIPTION:

In 2017, Rockwell Automation and ManpowerGroup developed the Academy of Advanced Manufacturing – a joint initiative to help U.S. military veterans from across the country receive the training they need to succeed in advanced manufacturing roles. The 12-week program rapidly upskills veterans for high-demand, technology-based roles. To date, more than 225 graduates from this program have been placed in manufacturing roles.

Hear what graduates have to say about how this training made a difference in their careers.

Learn more about the AAM program here and in Rockwell Automation’s 2020 Sustainability Report.
