To get started with OVE Touch & Go®, all customers need to do is download the app and create an account. Merchants, on the other hand, can purchase the cloud-based OVE Sensor (Fingerprint sensor) to connect with any POS system in partnership with OVE. This sensor is perfect for merchants as it offers a high level of security, reduces fraud, minimizes refunds and chargeback fees, and boosts staff efficiency.

Prioritizing security...
OVE is committed to providing a secure service, which is why all customers must verify their identities during sign-up. Once authenticated, users can add their payment options, which are also validated against their personal information. Customers can add multiple payment methods, each represented by a different fingerprint. For instance, they can use their pointer finger for credit card purchases and a different finger for crypto payments. Payments are only authorized when the customer is present and physically touching the OVE Sensor.
OVE does not store customers' actual fingerprint images for security reasons but instead employs encrypted personalized algorithms (tokens) that only work with OVE Sensors and within the OVE ecosystem.

Well, OVE has got you covered! The San Francisco-based company recently said they "recognize the importance of both innovation and hygiene," which is why the OVE Sensors feature antimicrobial screens approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
