Mr. Guaron serves as a software architect at Siemens PLM Software in the United States, where he reviews new projects and designs solutions that meet customer needs. He also orchestrated the different teams' implementations to make sure the integrity of the system called Teamcenter, a platform with more than 30 years of development history. He helps make manufacturing and design processes more efficient by refining how products are created and delivered. Before relocating to the United States, Mr. Guaron worked as a software architect at Siemens in Israel from 2022 to 2023. Previously, he served as a software developer with the company from 2014 to 2022. These positions allowed him to build a strong foundation in system design, manufacturing platforms and enterprise software development. Earlier in his career, he served in the Israel Defense Forces as a programmer from 2008 to 2012 and later as a team lead. During his education, Mr. Guaron earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a focus on business analytics. He plans to complete his MBA within the next year and then pursue a Doctorate in Business Administration. His doctoral research will center on artificial intelligence and practical problem-solving. He views this path as a way to help guide the development of products and systems shaped by advanced computational design.

At the same time, Mr. Guaron closely follows new developments in the field of AI, which he feels has reached a significant turning point.
