The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Burr & Forman LLP with respect to their recent data breach. On October 23, 2023, Burr & Forman became aware of irregular activity on a network computer. Burr & Forman immediately launched an investigation into the incident. Upon completion of the investigation, it was determined that some personal information was accessed during the incident and those individuals were notified. The following information may have been accessed: names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license number, medical coding information with dates and descriptions, and insurance information.
