The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Toshiba American Business Solutions, Inc. (“Toshiba”) with respect to their recent data breach. Recently, Toshiba discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed.
