Matt Camuso Appointed Executive Director and Head of ETF Solutions; Bryan Moore Appointed Executive Director and Head of ETF Capital Markets

Matt Camuso, Executive Director, Head of ETF Solutions, will shape client engagement and serve as the key liaison between ETF investment teams, distribution partners, and investors to communicate Baron Capital’s investment philosophy, product positioning, and portfolio applications. Matt, with more than 13 years of ETF industry experience, most recently served as Head of ETF Solutions at BNY Investments and held prior roles at JPMorgan Asset Management and State Street Global Advisors.
Bryan Moore, Executive Director, Head of ETF Capital Markets, will lead Baron Capital’s ETF capital markets strategy. He will oversee product launches, liquidity, execution, and relationship-building with authorized participants, market makers, and broker-dealers. Bryan joins Baron Capital with more than 20 years of experience and specialized expertise in launching ETF products. He most recently served as Head of ETF Trading and Capital Markets at Harbor Capital Advisors.
