Rotunda Capital Partners (“Rotunda”), an operationally focused private equity firm that works with family- and founder-owned businesses, is pleased to announce that Kristalee Overdahl and Bryan Bourne have joined the firm as Operating Vice Presidents. Both will support Rotunda’s Value Creation Team and work closely with portfolio company leadership on key initiatives.

Kristalee Overdahl joins Rotunda after several years working with the firm as an ESG consultant. In that role, she partnered closely with Rotunda’s investment and portfolio company management teams to develop and implement ESG initiatives across the portfolio as well as at Rotunda. As an Operating Vice President, Kristalee will expand her role to include executive selection and assessment, leadership onboarding and development, and broader human capital initiatives that support long-term value creation.

Bryan Bourne joins Rotunda after serving as Vice President of Strategy and Finance at American Equipment Holdings, a Rotunda portfolio company. Bryan began his career with Rotunda through the firm’s Strategy Execution Officer (“SXO”) program employed by American Equipment Holdings and, stepped into a senior operating role supporting strategy, execution, and financial initiatives.

Rotunda’s SXO program was launched approximately 5 years ago to help portfolio companies execute against ambitious growth plans by placing high-caliber professionals in hands-on operating roles. Participants work directly with senior leadership on critical initiatives while gaining meaningful exposure to C-suite and board-level decision-making.

As an Operating Vice President, Bryan will focus on operational and strategic initiatives across the portfolio, bringing an operator’s perspective to Rotunda’s value creation efforts. He will also further develop and expand the SXO program including mentorship of current and future members.
