Northern Trust Wealth Management has appointed David Albright as the Global Head of Sales. In this role, Albright will lead client development strategy, sales execution and strategic partnerships. He will report to Wealth Management President Jason Tyler.

Albright steps into the role at a time of sustained growth for Wealth Management, as the business continues to expand within key segments and deepen its investment and advisory capabilities.

“Dave has spent his career working alongside sophisticated families that are increasingly complex and global. He understands what they expect and how to organize our teams to deliver value consistently,” Tyler said. “His institutional knowledge and execution mindset will be critical as we continue to scale and accelerate momentum.”

Prior to this role, Albright had been leading client development for Global Family & Private Investment Offices (GFO) since 2013, later expanding his responsibilities to include co-leading business activity in the East Region. In that time, he was a catalyst for helping GFO become the fastest growing segment within Wealth Management, with revenue more than doubling.

Albright earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University. He is Series 7, 24 and 66 (NASD) licensed and completed the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) program at Wharton.

Albright serves on the Board of Managers for the YMCA of Metro Chicago and is a Board Member for the American Friends of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (London).
