Fixmer brings more than 20 years of experience across corporate communications, media strategy and journalism. He has led global teams at Universal Music Group, Sphere Entertainment Co. and Paramount Pictures. Earlier in his career, he was an award-winning financial journalist at Bloomberg News, with additional bylines in The New York Times and Businessweek. Fixmer additionally serves on the board of the Jewish Institute for Television & Cinema.

Diamond’s deep expertise spans music, corporate, B2B, digital and brand communications. For nearly a decade, Diamond led global communications at Universal Music Publishing Group, overseeing corporate, C-suite and global leadership communications, as well as campaigns tied to major artist and songwriter signings, catalog acquisitions and digital licensing agreements. Diamond earlier worked at Sunshine Sachs, advising high-profile business, media and entertainment clients. She additionally helped launch and drive the global nonprofit She Is The Music, where she served as Communications Co-Chair.
