Northern Trust Wealth Management has expanded its New York team with Senior Lead Relationship Manager Gloria Fieldcamp and Senior Relationship Manager James Le Rose, reinforcing its commitment to one of its most important strategic growth markets.

The new additions enhance Northern Trust’s delivery of integrated investment, fiduciary, banking and wealth planning capabilities in New York, where the client base represents both immense opportunity and increasing complexity. Fieldcamp and Le Rose join under the leadership of Katie Nixon, who was named Northeast Region President in 2025.

“Clients with significant wealth are often making decisions that affect not only their portfolios, but their families, businesses and communities,” Wealth Management President Jason Tyler said. “Gloria and James add the perspective and relationship depth to help clients connect those decisions with clarity and confidence.”

Fieldcamp advises founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and multigenerational and cross-border families on integrated wealth strategies. Before joining Northern Trust, she spent 14 years at Fiduciary Trust International where she was a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Director. Fieldcamp has additional experience at Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Le Rose develops personalized wealth strategies for high-net-worth families, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in wealth management, private banking and financial services. Before joining Northern Trust, he spent 13 years at Fiduciary Trust International where he was a Managing Director. Le Rose previously held senior roles at Chase Manhattan Private Bank and Bessemer Trust.
