On June 27, 2024, First Commonwealth became aware of an unauthorized cybersecurity incident. First Commonwealth immediately launched an investigation into the matter. The investigation discovered that on June 26, 2024, an unauthorized party may have accessed certain individuals’ sensitive personal information. While the investigation is ongoing, First Commonwealth began sending notices to individuals that may be affected.
