CarMax Announces First Quarter Conference Call and Annual Meeting Information

CarMax, Inc. (NYSE: KMX) will report its financial results for the first quarter ended May 31, 2026 before the market opens on June 17, 2026, and it will host a conference call with investors at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss these results. Please note that the Company has changed the time of its earnings conference calls to 8:00 a.m. ET.

Participants on the call will include Keith Barr, President and CEO, Enrique Mayor-Mora, Executive Vice President, CFO and Jon Daniels, Executive Vice President, CarMax Auto Finance. The CarMax 2026 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET. The meeting will be held virtually and there will be no in-person meeting location.
