Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) today announced that Jennifer Smith has joined the company as Customer and Broker Engagement leader for the Southeast Region of the U.S.

Jennifer joins BHSI with extensive experience managing large and complex customer relationships, as well as subject matter expertise in retail, wholesale, and food and beverage industries. She has held leadership roles focused on strengthening customer relationships, improving retention, enhancing customer experience, and delivering valuable risk management solutions.
