First Farmers and Merchants Corporation (OTCID: FFMH), the holding company for First Farmers and Merchants Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share, which will be paid on October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2026.

The $0.32 per share dividend represents a 10.3% increase compared with the $0.29 per share cash dividend paid in the prior quarter and the same period last year.
