FAIRFAX, Va. - April 13th, 2023 - Virginia family law firm Curran Moher Weis is pleased to announce that it is the exclusive “Superhero” sponsor of the Fairfax Law Foundation’s 2023 Heroes vs. Villains Run for Justice 5K. The race, which is an annual event, raises money for the Fairfax Law Foundation and its various pro bono legal programs. This sponsorship is a testament to the firm’s commitment to community involvement and ensuring broad access to legal resources, particularly for underserved populations.
This year’s race is scheduled for Sunday, April 23, 2023, at the Fairfax Corner Shopping Center. Participants are encouraged to grab their cape, activate their superpower, and run, walk, or soar to the finish line. The untimed Kids Fun Run will start at 8:30 a.m. and the main event will start at 9:00 a.m. The event will also feature a costume contest, music and a post-race buffet.
Participants who pre-register for the race will receive a t-shirt, and all children participating in the Kids Fun Run will receive a finisher’s medal and a t-shirt. The race has raised more than $10,000 since its inception to help the Fairfax Law Foundation and its various pro bono programs. Anyone who wants to participate is encouraged to pre-register as soon as possible!
