The integration eliminates manual receipt uploads and streamlines reconciliation for companies that book business travel through AAdvantage Business. With a one-time setup, customers can ensure flight receipts flow directly into Expensify, reducing errors and keeping expense reports compliant and tax-ready.

How it works
- Log in to the AAdvantage Business travel management portal.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations and enable the Expensify integration.
- Once toggled on, all future eligible flight receipts automatically appear in the connected Expensify account — no forwarding emails, screenshots, or manual uploads required.
