Designed and built by Arcadia Engineering Consultancy, part of the group's Engineering & Infrastructure division, the 45,000 sq ft headquarters is home to more than 70 management team members and welcomes guests and partners from around the world. It is the first completed project in the group's 7.15 million sq ft development pipeline across Benghazi.

Named Alushibe Headquarters, the building combines modern design with smart technology, advanced infrastructure, contemporary workstations, green spaces, entertainment, and on-site amenities, creating a world-class workplace and a vibrant addition to Beloun.
