Three new models give producers more ways to configure their mixer around their feeding operation, while delivering Jaylor’s patented Square-Cut Auger performance.

Jaylor is unveiling three new single-auger stationary Total Mixed Ration (TMR) mixers at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show this week, expanding its 6000 Series with more flexibility for livestock producers to configure a mixer around their ration, electrical service and feeding system. The 6350ST, 6425ST and 6575ST offer five standard motor options, 12 drivetrain configurations and auger speeds from 13 to 41 RPM.

The new 6000 Series stationary lineup incorporates Jaylor’s patented Square-Cut Auger and includes multiple motor, drivetrain and auger-speed configurations.

At the centre of each model is Jaylor’s patented Square-Cut Auger, designed to produce a consistent True TMR in less time and with 20% less horsepower than conventional round mixers. Its slicing capabilities and continuous feed movement help maintain proper particulate distribution and mix uniformity while reducing pressure on the ration.

“Every farm is a little different, and getting the right setup for your operation can be a challenge,” said Jerry Oude-Egberink, Ontario Territory Manager at Jaylor. “You need to look at the ration, how feed is being handled and where the mixer fits into the overall feeding system. With the 6000 Series stationary mixer, we have more ways to configure the mixer around those needs and help producers get the right setup from the start.”

Jaylor works with producers to review their current rations, feed systems, electrical service and installation requirements before determining the right mixer. Support continues beyond setup, with Jaylor’s dealer network available to provide service and keep the system performing as intended.

Beyond the mixer itself, Jaylor backs the 6000 Series with its dealer network and in-house Nutrition Team, giving producers access to equipment, service and ration support throughout the life of the machine. Producers can learn more about the new 6350ST, 6425ST and the 6575ST at Jaylor.com/6000stationary.
